TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

Your character must have an existing design/visual reference(s).
Commissions can take up to 1 Month.
You will receive the Original size artwork + other resized images.
I have rights to decline any commission as I see fit.
Extra charges are applicable for any additional changes after the sketch has been confirmed.
I have rights to post and stream any WIPs or finished artwork on my socials unless discussed otherwise.
Do not trace, recolour, edit or sell the artwork as your own.

PAYMENT TERMS

Commission will be paid in USD($) via PAYPAL
Payments will be broken up into two parts; 50% paid before any sketching work starts, and 50% upon delivery. You may also opt for full payment before any sketching work starts.
the final product will not be delivered until paid in full.
Extra charges are applicable for commercial use (merch, logo & etc).
Extra charges are applicable if extra detail or design work on the artwork is required.

LICENSING TERMS

The client may use the illustration received to promote themselves, to use on streaming platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, etc. for as long as they deem fit.
Artwork commissioned may only be used for streaming uses unless otherwise discussed.

RESTRICTION

The client must not claim the artwork as their own.
The client must not use the artwork for profit other than streaming (i.e., shirts, buttons, or other merchandise) unless otherwise discussed with the artist.
